This series of sessions allows women focused yogic practices. Participants will learn to perform traditional Yoga poses and variations. This session is aimed to provide flexible movements and will give you the deep experience of the mind-body connection. The sessions will offer many deep and relaxing stretches to open the body safely and comfortably. And breathing techniques and mudra’s which will channelise the energy and harmonises the body and mind. These sessions help to address the specific health conditions women faces and tips to manage them.
