CANCELLATION & REFUND

As a policy, we do not transfer the retreat booking to any other person. However, if you wish to postpone your retreat, it can be postponed without incurring charges.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances I will not be able to come for the retreat. Can I cancel my reservation? Or can I postpone it to a later date?

Yes, you can cancel the reservation up till 7 day before the commencement of the program. In case the cancellation is done 7 days before, you can either apply for a refund or postpone your retreat to a new date, provided it falls within a period of 6 months from the last booked retreat date. No charges would be levied to postpone your retreat date but a prior confirmation would be required to check for availability.

Since I wish to cancel the reservation, will there be a refund? If yes; when will it be refunded and how much will it be?

Yes, if you wish to cancel the retreat, your money would be returned as per the following:

  • During 7 days prior to the commencement of the program – No refund
  • 8 days to 29 days prior to the date of the commencement of the program – 20% of the amount will be deducted from the amount deposited
  • 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the program – the entire amount, after deduction of the bank transaction charges from the amount paid, shall be refunded.

NOTE: There will be no refund if the cancellation is done on the day of the commencement of the program.

When will I get a refund?

Once we receive the cancellation request and a confirmation is sent to you, you will receive the refund within a period of 15 working days for Indian nationals and at least 30 days for international clients. If the payment has not been received even after the stipulated date, you can write in to us at retreats@srisriyoga.in

How do I initiate my refund?

If you wish to cancel the reservation, send us an email at retreats@srisriyoga.in. While mailing us, you need to send your Booking ID number in the ‘Subject’ of the email as –

“Subject: Cancellation – Booking ID Number”

On receiving your mail, we will send you a Cancellation Information Document, which you need to, send us – duly filled (This document contains the User’s Bank Details in which we’ll transfer the money). We will tally your information in our database and send you a cancellation approval. After receiving the Cancellation Approval, it will take at least 15 days for nationals and 30 days for internationals, to receive the refunded amount.
